Why I love Henna: This may sound a bit silly but here goes.

Wonderful childhood memories of playing Indian princess, decorating my hands with diamond shaped liquorice that I licked and then removed to form patterns. Licking off the pattern later only enhanced the experience!

As an adult, for a special birthday treat I had an amazing henna masterpiece applied to the inside of my wrist. I was hooked. Since I live north of the city it was difficult to feed this new found obsession. Through necessity I took a wonderful course offered by Holly Pagnacco. I have not looked back since. I love to paint and draw and this is a perfect outlet to share my obsession.

Now if only henna were edible!
